Ahmet, 34, was born in Konya, Turkey but moved to Marmaris with his family when he was a young child. The RL NOOR’s permanent berth is in Marmaris, and Ahmet knows the city inside and out. He is studying at the Muğla Sıtkın Koçman University. Ahmet joined the crew of the RL NOOR in September of 2020. He has a RIB master certificate, VHF license, Assistant Engineer certificate, Buson certificate, and his 499 GT Captain License. Ahmet developed a love for the sea at a young age. His hobbies are sailing, fishing, traveling and adventure activities.
