Chef Norman Ruiz
Norman, 36, was born in Bauang La Union, Philippines and has joined the RL NOOR for our 2022 summer season. A passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic chef, Norman is committed to impeccable fine dining food preparation and presentation. Norman diligently follows the standard operating procedures in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, an internationally recognized method of identifying and managing food safety). With 15 years of culinary experience in the luxury yacht, cruise liner, hotel and restaurant industries Norman delights our guests with culinary expertise in Asian, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.
